How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to be processed before shipping. Shipping usually takes about 8-15 working days, depending on your location. We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Keep in mind, we are a small team of humans working hard, but sometimes delays happen.

What about shipping?

We ship internationally! Shipping times depend on your location. Our offices are located in Asia, the USA, and Europe (Italy).

For personalized (custom) orders, please allow 6-8 weeks for creation and delivery as these items are made-to-order.

Please note, some of our items are shipped directly from our office in China. In these cases, you may need to handle customs clearance, and any customs fees will be your responsibility.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns if you receive the wrong or damaged product. Please ensure the label is still attached and provide proof of the issue. If we verify that the product was damaged or incorrect, we will process your refund within 30 business days.

If your size doesn’t fit, we are happy to exchange it for the correct size.
